A Call to Action.

The struggle between Among Ed and the demolition team of the current trapo leaders of Pampanga is actually an old national theme being replayed over and over again. Every time someone in our midst steps on the plate for so many of us, who could not, for what is right for all, the political vultures and the hyenas around them ganged up on him/her. BUT THERE IS SOMETHING NOVEL IN THIS FIGHT. What is truly refreshing in this conflict is that, unlike before, well meaning people and leaders like Among Ed are NOT ALONE ANYMORE in their cause. The Filipinos in Diaspora, not only those from Pampanga, have taken the side of the likes of Among Ed. And these carrion-eating denizens of our body politic should take this to heart because Filipinos in Diaspora are not docile anymore. They are not afraid any more. They will not forget anymore and will surely give those concerned their rightful comeuppance in due time!

The Filipinos in Diaspora, after all those years of being away, have alas rediscovered and resurrected their faith in themselves when they have successfully overcome in another land the hopelessness and confining circumstances of the physical blight, spiritual poverty and cyclic defeatism that haunted them in the Philippines. This self-discovery and resurrection have given them a new sense of freedom and a strong grip on how they should chart their destiny. These same people, whose parents used to tell them to avoid this kind of imbroglio that Among Ed had taken, have decided to leave their comfort zones to fight for the likes of Among Ed. The assault by these elected carpet- baggers will no more remain hidden but will now be shown everywhere in the world wherever there are Filipinos in Diaspora. Like JocJoc, the leech, they could not hide anymore. The world is simply too small for them once their corruption has been exposed to the public.

Yes, the Filipinos in Diaspora have taken the cause of Among Ed and not because Among Ed is the perceived underdog that he truly is but primarily because Among Ed is the personification of what they hope every elected political leader should be in our country of birth. And these Filipinos in Diaspora are not only from Pampanga but from all over the archipelago!

Supporters and admirers of Among Ed all over the U.S. are organizing for this fight but it is also incumbent upon all good people of Pampanga to stand up and be counted for what is RIGHT in this conflict. It is for this reason that we specially call on our kababayans from Pampanga to rally behind Among Ed and the principles he stand for.

This fight is not only that of Among Ed but the fight of what is decent and right in local governance of Pampanga. It is the fight of every respectable Kapampangans against corruption in the governance of the province. It is the fight of all sons and daughters of the province of Pampanga, both living and dead, everywhere and anywhere, for all the best that they have given, hoped and even dream for the great province of Pampanga.

True, this opportunity might not pass our kabalens again but let nobody say that when it did, the honorable people of the great province of Pampanga did not burn the midnight oil trying to stop this perfidy against the moral governance of their province!

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam et Philippinensis.

Yes Thet I believe we have a leader here that has captured the imagination of the people except of course the corrupt, crooks & jueteng lords fearing his honest governance exposes their thievery.
