OEA Documents?

These are the controversial documents that are allegedly from the OEA regarding the proposed funding requirement for the administration on Party List found at the site of Kontra Daya. This is the same document that Migrante International and Gabriela Woman's Party made public, is it authentic or bogus? Do we want to know how they got hold of the documents, well if Acsa Ramirez experience is our gauge, maybe not.

Are the "authorities" investigating this damning documents, or as Abalos is saying they are too busy in this election? Is this not part of the election, so is it asking too much for the Comelec to do their own inquiry or get the help of police agencies in digging for the skeleton errr hard evidence? If the Garci Controversy to this day remain unresolved and Garci himself seen even running for office, maybe it's a strecth to even think that they will address the issue.

Why oh why, and then we hear this offer broadcasted by Raul Gonzales who seems to forget that it came from him but has to blame Radio Bombo for "leaking" said statements is really something else.
