Leave it to the lazy plundering legislators of the Philippines making Ka Pervie errr Ka Freddie Aguilar as the unofficial ambassador to foreign pedophiles.

Lolo Freddie’s trending  publicity that’s going viral now will eventually serve as an invitation for foreign pedophiles to come on over to the pedophile haven without the risk of dealing with troublesome Taliban. While it is definitely worst in Taliban controlled areas where they marry off 8 year old girls to men as old as sexagenarian Ka Pervie the Philippines is really not that far off with 13 as the age of consent  for little girls.

Some wags are saying that Ka Freddie’s favorite key is “A Minor” and it does have some basis when he brags that it was not his first time to play house errr be in “love” with a minor since his 3rd wife was just 17 years old. Experience so to speak or was it serial pedophile openly admitting his attraction to little girls?

It seems that Ka Pervie consults his dictionary from time to time as his basis for justifying his cradle snatching saying the dictionary never or did not specify who should be in love. My suspicion is he did not just looked it up in the dictionary but the laws on statutory rape because it seems that our greedy legislators are so fixated with their PDAF and DAP that to this day we have a Taliban like laws when it comes to exploiting errr protecting our minor children.

Ex US President George Bush could have avoided waging war in Iraq looking for non-existent WMD when he could not have looked no further because it was in the Philippine congress all along, LOL. Say what, am I nuts or what, WMD in Philippine congress? Well, our present laws are antiquated and if ever they craft a new law they can’t seem to figure out if it makes sense and the reason is because of WMD (weapon of mass DISTRACTION) in the form of PDAF and DAP. They can’t focus because they are distracted and fixated with the millions in windfall profit errrr funds for their pockets ooops,  I meant constituents.

Can you believe that sexagenarian like Ka Freddie Aguilar can have sex with little girls age 12 to 18 without worrying about getting charged with statutory rape? If ever the victim files a complaint the little girl has to prove first that she is a virgin before she had sex with her boyfriend old enough to be her great grandfather. Now how exactly can that be proven when she already had sex with a cradle snatcher is indeed puzzling. Assuming it can be proven the offense is not considered a public crime and therefore the authorities will not pursue the case until the victim files a complaint. As if that is bad enough the complaint that can be filed was just for seduction which carries a light sentence and would probably be most likely a slap in the hand.

It is frustrating that we still lived in the dark ages when it comes to laws protecting our minor children. What is even more annoying is while they came up with HB 0681 that raise the age from 12 to 16 the age of consent it is still short of 2 years. Ironic that while they came up with laws addressing the problem of children in conflict with the law they failed to consider if the government has the infrastructure to implement the law properly to be effective. And while they saw the problem with minor children you would think that they would at least reviewed the flaws of the present law regarding the protection of minors from sexual predatory pedophiles.

As if the situation is not getting worse and at the time that the senate and congress is embroiled in PDAF plunder scandal Senator Ralph “Vilma Santos” Recto is asking for an increased in DAP, is he clueless or what or does he wander in his own reality?  This after his colleagues got caught not just stealing but plundering their PDAF, what was he thinking? When a scandal breaks out regarding thievery and plunder leaders with their moral compass still intact would have come up with safeguards to ensure and prevent their colleagues from raiding the coffers instead of asking for more. What message is Recto trying to send, they need more to speed up their insatiable appetite for dirty money? If you still think that Scrap the Pork is not the right call, think again because money and ton loads of it that can easily be plundered is a distraction thus they can’t do their job of crafting laws that makes sense.

Clearly, retaining PDAF and DAP serves as a WMD and of course makes pedophiles happy since they are too distracted to even come up with laws that makes sense. In the meantime enjoy the song of my idol and FB friend Dennis Garcia of Hotdog who Ka Pervie probably wants to hit with his old people's walker, LOL …………

I am not so sure if Maegan the daughter of idol Ka Freddie of Apo errr Anak fame understood what pedophilia means. She is raging mad and ranting at her dad's critics calling them morons and stupid. Opppps I guess that includes me, hehehe but then again she seems like detached from society because society to her is shackling, LOL.

Freddie Aguilar and her daughter Maegan says it is love, but the what the father and daughter probably failed to do is look up the meaning of pedophilia which is defined as the act or fantasy on the part of an adult of engaging in sexual activity with a child or children. If they look it up some more like in a Britannica encyclopedia it is even considered a mental illness, perhaps they need to add more vocabulary instead of just looking at the meaning of love so they don't get in trouble with society and the online world in particular because our laws are useless.

Kalokohan errr Caloocan Congressional Candidate Dale Agoncillo Malapitan

If we go by the folly of Grace Poe’s illusory take on political dynasty with her delicadeza panacea to dissuade clan members of political family from running, this one trumps her solution making her appear neither here nor there, LOL.

Dale “Along” Malapitan is the son of Oca Malapitan former lower house of Lolong este Congress representative now running for mayor while Along the son former councilor and Bagong Barrio Barangay Chairman takes over his position. There is a reason why there is a constitutional provision imposing term limits on elective position but just the same they skirt the term limits by playing a game of political musical chair within the family. They do this knowing fully well that said practice is shameless with utter disregard for propriety or delicadeza. The term limit is very specific and yet trapos deliberately skirts this by going around it, gaming the system like a Mafiosi. If the trapos are disrespecting and criminally neglecting passage of the enabling law on the constitutional prohibition of political dynasty how exactly will the trapos police themselves thru delicadeza as Grace Poe proposed is beyond me.

Barangay being the smallest unit of government an ancient relic of the past feudal age resurrected by the conjugal Marcos dictatorship and retained by Cory Aquino is the most useless government unit that is nothing but an added burden to the taxpayers. Hit hard are property owners where local Barangays get a percentage of the revenue collected from the property tax whose main function is really to act as the politician’s grassroots machinery. We the people shoulder the election expense so these idle people with plenty of time in their hands are given government authority when they are really useless in terms of curbing criminality because at times some are even involve not in preventing crimes but actually committing heinous criminal acts themselves like the proverbial fox guarding the chicken coop.

The problem with pea brained people when given police like power and authority to apprehend minors for vagrancy is that some of these Barangay Chairmen think that they have the authority and power to release their sexual perversion and sick predatory pedophilia upon their apprehended hapless victims. Back in April 12, 2008, “Mila” who was then a 16 year old minor together with her then 14 year old cousin on their way home in Bagong Barrio was apprehended for violating the curfew for minors by Barangay tanods Joselito Lim, Roderick Antonio and Danilo Bautista, and barangay councilman Pedro Tolentino, “Larry,” “Michael” and several John Does headed by then Barangay Chairman Dale “Along” Malapitan. Mila narrated that instead of being castigated and given a sermon for being out late they were forced to drink alcohol and ordered to obey whatever Along Malapitan tells them to do. This is a serious allegation and if true have they not heard of corruption of minors especially coming from one with the power and authority of a government cloak at that forcing minor to drink alcohol? Forcing minors to drink alcohol is already a serious offense because alcohol has a tendency to makes even mature women lose control and vulnerable to rape, what more with minors in the hands of pedophiles? Mila further narrated that she was brought to the toilet and raped by Along Malapitan and the uncle of the Barangay Chairman allegedly the brother of Along’s father then took her and her cousin to a motel where they were again raped.

This case highlights what is wrong with our government institutions because of ignorant people and power tripping criminal minded elected officials gaming the system. So “Mila” being a minor at the time became a ward of the DSWD, she is the victim here and not the juvenile in conflict with the law so what gives. The sad part is after spending three and a half year with DSWD she learned that the case was dismissed not having a clue how her case was “dismissed.” She felt like she was imprisoned and rightly so because in her 3 ½ years stay at DSWD no one even thought of continuing her education of which she has only reached 2nd grade? So how come juveniles in conflict with the law are sent back home immediately after they are arrested and yet held “Mila” for the longest time until her case was dismissed, does it smell something fishy here or what?

Without the support of the Women’s Advocacy for Gender Equality (WAGE) and my Facebook friend IBP spokeswoman Trixie Cruz-Angeles taking her case pro-bono, we would not have learned about “Mila’s” ordeal. Something like that you would have expected a happy ending but not in a society where endemic corruption seems hopelessly rampant and out of control. In order for Trixie to help “Mila” with her case she needs to get hold of the court case documents to study and review what legal options are available for “Mila.” But lo and behold DSWD refused to hand over the legal documents to Trixie or the victim (she being 21 years old now) on the grounds that it was confidential because at the time of the incident the victim was a minor. True the victim was a minor back then but when she turns 21 everything changes and what law were they citing if I may ask that prohibits releasing court documents pertaining to the victim itself even if she was a minor requesting of a copy of her own court case? As if that is not dumb enough the response Trixie was getting was that the lawyers of DSWD are studying if they can release the documents to the victim or her lawyers is just the height of stupidity. Either that or they are hiding something from the victim now that she was able to get a lawyer representing her?

So skeptics are asking why only now when Along Malapitan is running for a congressional seat, is this not tainted with politics so they ask. Really now, well if these political families stop running for office which is like every 3 year cycle we will not have a problem with timing is it not? Instead of questioning the timing as if it will just help their opponents should we not welcome this so that we are able to know the kind of people we are voting in office who really don’t deserve even a Metro Aide position since they can’t be trusted for their predatory pedophilia? But then again if convicted pedophile like Romeo Jalosjos can shamelessly go out in public campaigning and even endorsing candidates as if they are the exemplary leaders of the nation and dumb BOBOtantes keep on voting for them where are we really headed?

The problem is how can we blame the BOBOtante when they are really left with no choice but the same rotten names they see like a recurring nightmare haunting them? Perhaps we should really seriously consider lobbying for an anabling law defining political dynasty and for once make a concerted and conscious no not unconscious, hehehe effort at following the rules and laws without trying to always look for exceptions as in they don't apply to me or us but just them.

Nicodemo Ferrer, Lucenito Tagle, & Elias Yusoph Comelec’s Morality Police Junked Ang Ladlad

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) is now the guardians of morality with the 3 stooges errrr commissioners of the 2nd division appointing themselves as the morality police, judge and legislator all rolled into one. Who says Father Damaso is dead and just a fictional character, with the likes of Commissioners Nicodemo Ferrer, Lucenito Tagle, and Elias Yusoph they have miraculously resurrected the ghost of Father Damaso taking a life of its own out of the dusty pages of Noli Me Tangere (Touch me not).

The 3 stooges junked the accreditation of Ang Ladlad (out of the closet) a gay party list vying for the 2010 election on the grounds that their party advocates "sexual immorality" and "immoral doctrines." These are serious charges that should be back-upped by compelling evidence but not with the 3 stooges in rendering their “brilliant decision” as seen in ABS-CBN report below:

Page 5 of the ruling states that Ang Ladlad's definition of the LGBT sector as a marginalized sector who are disadvantaged because of their sexual orientation "makes it crystal clear that the petitioner tolerates immorality which offends religious beliefs."

Wait a minute here, gays have different sexual orientation therefore they tolerate immorality? Well, being gay of course is offensive to fanatical Taliban religious crackpots but why in the name of closet queen 3 stooges will that stop gay from participating as a political party? This is the Philippines and not Iran or other fundamental Islamist state where they flog and hung gays to death for being gay. Or are we not in a democracy but in a new Ultra Christian Islamic Taliban state concoction of the Comelec 3 stooges?

Ferrer, Tagle and Yusoph are definitely in the wrong place they should not be running or cheating errr seating as commissioners of an electoral body but running inside the grounds of National Mental Hospital. They have a serious problem but then again maybe the mental institution is not also where they should be because being dumb and stupid is not curable or is it a mental illness.

The 3 stooges should leave the morality policing to the religious priest and bishops even those sex errr sects who wants to save our soul from eternal damnation but as long as our feet are firmly on the ground and not six feet under our government and religion should be separated as stated in the constitution. No wonder our electoral system is so fraudulent prone with criminals getting elected because the people cheating errr seating as commissioners are inventing rules and guidelines base on their ignorant interpretation of their faith and others, when they should stick to what is written by man or even gay who maybe hiding in the closet.

There are gays, who are pedophile that is a fact, but it does not follow that all gays are guilty of the perversion committed by Romeo Jalosjos who is a straight guy or is he? If there is anyone that posed a grave danger to the youths it is none other than the likes of Jalosjos who was allowed to build a children theme park and Gloria Arroyo who even inaugurated the park instead of ordering its closure or prohibiting the pedophile to even construct the site.

Now if it is about morality, is it moral allowing a pedophile to have his own children theme park? How about allowing First Boor sister Lourdes Arroyo access to pork barrel through the backdoor as representative of Balut vendor (fertile egg) party list Kasanga when she probably do not even eat or tasted balut, or come close to being a vendor much less marginalized since she came from the landed arroyos.

This independent constitutional body cannot even haul to court Garcillano and Lintang Bedol for possessing ugly faces errrr electoral fraud and here they are trying to portray themselves as guardians of morality? Who do they think they are a blogger named Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the Iranian President who says that there are no gays in Iran? At the rate these losers render their decision on who should participate in the election they might as well appoint the likes of Taliban crackpots to run our electoral system and rid the nation of gays so we can have the same problem in that part of the world where men rape men.

Now this makes me wonder why they hate gays so much that they will deny them participation in the party list on flimsy ignorant grounds, well although there are some instances where some of rabid anti-gays turn out to be closet queen that is probably not the case. But who knows, perhaps gay “problem” in the family that they vent their frustration on the whole community maybe the case but in fairness we should not indulge in baseless insinuations. But really, I see no logic in their decision and to use faith as guidelines when there are rules written that should guide them and they have to surf the net only shows they are seriously not fit to tackle the responsibilities and duties of an election commissioner.

Gloria Means Happiness, says Rapist Pedophile Children Theme Park Owner Romeo Jalosjos

A theme park for children rises in historic Zamboanga that is being boasted as the Disneyland of the Philippines offering 35 rides. Dapitan is in Zamboanga where the Philippine national hero Jose Rizal spent his exile. Normally developmental projects of this magnitude are a welcome addition to boost and attract more tourists in historic Zamboanga but in the Philippines what is abnormal is normal.In the civilized world convicted pedophile are not allowed to be near children or establishment where there are children, so what is wrong with the picture here? Of all people why did they allow Gloria Arroyo’s best buddy and political ally Romeo Jalosjos a pedophile convicted of raping an 11 year old girl to build a theme park for children? As if that is not bad enough Jalosjos boast of plans to construct a P1-billion, 12-story hotel to accommodate the influx of visitors and tourist attracted by his theme park. What? Does he think right thinking parents with minor children will be so comfortable as in having blissful enjoyment allowing their minor children especially little girls spend their time inside a theme park owned by a convicted pedophile? Why he thinks along those line was probably brought about by the lack of indignation from the people of Zamboanga. One thing for sure Zamboanga is his feudal turf thus no one seems to be scandalized at having convicted pedophile rapist owning a theme park. We can only hope that they don't take pride in said development or worse the place is hopefully not overrun yet by crazy moronic parents like those who solicits pedophile tourist to have sex with their minor children for money. Those kind of sick perverted individual are the only ones who will probably go gaga staying in a pedophile owned hotel but then again, in a nation run and lorded by criminals does it really matter who owns the establishment where they can find "happiness?"

The theme park named Gloria’s Fantasyland was not named after Gloria Macapagal Arroyo says Jalosjos because to him Gloria means blissful ignorance errrr happiness. Sure that is so “believable” that it was not named after Gloria Arroyo who after all was at the inauguration of the pedophile paradise errr theme park for children. Well, we know that Zamboanga is a place where wild crocodiles and those walking on 2 legs are found so did she happen to just visit some crocodile in Zamboanga so she dropped by for the inauguration?

This is what the proud pedophile owner of children's “happiness” or was it Jalosjos making happiness with children has to say according to this report by Judy Quiros of Inquirer below:

Jalosjos boasted that Dipolog and Dapitan were the only places in Mindanao free from terror threats today.

This is the reason, he said, why visiting the cities would make everyone safe and comfortable.

Ok, so it is safe and comfortable as he claims but what about sexual predators with pedophile perversion? If you are a responsible parent will you be comfortable bringing your minor children in a theme park and stay in a hotel owned by a convicted pedophile rapist? A rapist without remorse for his criminal perversion refusing to even apologize to his victim saying his incarceration was punishment enough.

It is obvious that our fraudulent prone electoral system is not working. It does not help that endemic corruption has seeped into the very fabric of society that we have majority of voters in Zamboanga giving tongressional seat in a silver platter to a convicted pedophile rapist. Mafia politics indeed, thus in his perverted mind Jalosjos is planning on suing former President Fidel Ramos, former Vice President Teofisto Guingona, and former Supreme Court Associate Justice Consuelo Yñares-Santiago for purportedly besmirching his reputation. Who does he think he is Erap Estrada? Erap is running to “vindicate his name” and unlike Erap he cannot, not yet anyway run for public office because he still has to wait for the “right time” for the administration to grant him executive pardon.

Is there honor among thieves? Perhaps there is, judging from the criminal behavior of present day traditional politicians (trapo) in this land of cheats, so what will stop them from favoring a fellow criminal? If Gloria Arroyo has no problem granting executive pardon to her political enemy like Joseph “Erap” Estrada a convicted plunderer who she cunningly deposed what more with a political ally who can deliver votes for her and her political party PALAKA?

Illegal Filipino Migrant Street Children in Sabah, Malaysia

In Malaysia illegal Filipino migrants are not supposed to have children but of course they do anyway according to Al Jazeera's David Hawkins. So what happens when illegal Filipino migrant pro-creates? A societal, political, and moral dilemma ensues thus Illegal Filipino Migrant Street Children in Sabah, Malaysia are added in the mix of the under belly of a surreal yet mind boggling realities of harsh life for the unwanted. These are mostly Christian Filipinos who are probably unaware or ignorant that there are birth control pills or other device to avoid unwanted pregnancy. It is not certain or do we want to go there if the strong influence of Talibani pro-choice Catholic Bishops and their fanatic lay leaders and supporters whose mission in life is to encourage their flock to fulfill their biblical obligation of go and pro-create has somehow had any influence in this miserable life they have condemned these innocent migrant Filipino children.

Ok, there are the natural methods such as abstention that the pro-lifers and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo the Philippine president with questionable Garcified tenure champions, but knowing they are not in a position and the consequence of bringing in a child in a not so foreign land (Sabah is owned by the Sultanate of Sulu thus the Philippines has a claim to this territory) where being born to an illegal makes the offspring also illegal. These are contentious issues that sadly may stay with us for a long time and until leaders of these 2 nations and society come up with a resolution, Filipino migrant children are exposed to the most dehumanizing existence early on in life with no bright prospect for their future.

While most of the migrant children are legal there are those unlucky ones that were born to illegal Filipino migrant workers. Those who did not have a say on where they should be born much less have a choice on who brings them out to this "wonderful" world find themselves with no access or right to health and education. The “lucky” ones (if you consider being able to afford the school yet stateless as lucky) are sent to private schools by illegal migrant parents who can afford it but most are not so lucky as if their complicated situation of having no legal identity or documentation is not enough are out living on the street trying to survive in a place where they are not welcome and seen as a strain to the territories resources.

This is what Yong Tek Lee, former Minister of Sabah has to say about the migrant street children:

Most of them would have come from broken families, uh…. single mother or just orphan. This is a bigger group and more difficult to integrate and politically a very sensitive subject….. for Malaysians to spend their resources on this group of immigrant children.

In fairness to Yong Tek Lee the quote maybe out of context or too short to really know how he sees the problem. True, some may have been from broken families but the question is how many of those are from broken families and those that have been separated due to their parents getting caught and deported back to the Philippines? Since they have been orphaned and with no help coming from the Malaysian government where half of the populations in Sabah are immigrants they are of course not in a position to give assistance to the “illegal” migrant children who end up in the streets of Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah. Indeed a strain to Sabahs resources and since they are stateless children with no legal personality to begin with no assistance is forthcoming on children that does not officially or legally exist. What is puzzling is when Yong Tok Lee talks about integration.... really integration? The reason why the children are homeless and living on the street is not by accident is it not? Who are we kidding here or is this another one of those political double talk? How can Lee talk of integration when the children are denied citizenship from the place they are born (Sabah) and due to their "illegal status" are denied access to education, health care and other assistance that are available to citizens of Sabah. No, Yong Tok Lee quit blabbering nonsense about integration when you know very well that denying these children citizenship is all about treating them like sub humans.

It makes matter even worse than hell when the Philippine government do not recognize these children as Filipino citizens either and are not willing to take them back. Yet, the Philippines put up a façade of welcome and making sure they protect the rights of embezzlers, crooks in politicians clothing, jueteng lords and all kinds of Mafiosi type criminal syndicates lording over the political outcome of fraudulent elections and other dregs of society that managed to scheme their way to the corridors of the high and mighty while we deny that these stateless migrant street children even exist.

These children end up in the streets and form a gang for survival while some young girls turn to prostitution preyed upon by sick bastard pedophiles. It does not help when the mindset of those who are supposed to look after their welfare have so much disdain for these disposable street children as seen in this remark by Anne Keyworth a social worker:

Some of them the orphans who ….uh abandoned… because their parents have gone back to the Philippines…. So they have a big brother…. Yeah, so they have to earn a certain amount for the big brother… but then their welfare are not taken care of….

I don’t know about the expression of this social worker but I fail to see a hint of compassion but then again maybe it is just how she projects herself on television. Somehow it gives you a feeling that her mindset was that of one who don't see the need to assist these street children because under Malaysian law they don't exist. The big brother of course are their pimps who preys on these vulnerable little girls all alone abandoned to fend for themselves in what society has relegated them into a life of wretched misery. A life if you can call that life in this day and age where she has no capacity to comprehend in a society that denies them education or even acknowledge that they exist. Imagine if these were your kids, your niece, cousin, son, daughter, brother, sister or grand kids you probably will move heaven and earth to rescue them from that miserable inhumane existence....... but we don't know them, not until you become aware of them. Should we just treat their sad miserable wretched inhumane existences as out of sight out of mind, toss it away and it's gone? Are the OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) who are considered the modern day heroes and savior of the Philippine mismanaged economy are just good as milking cow for the dollar they bring in and yet we deny their offspring exist, not Filipino worthy enough to be a Citizen of the Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's strong Republic?

In Yemen a country of 23 million people they have a law that sets the age of consent at 15, meaning they can legally marry. Too young I should say, but as if that is not anomalous enough tribal customs and interpretations of Islam often sees ignorant people trumping the lame law of consent.

In Sana, Yemen a little girl aged 10 named Nujood Ali who is so small that she probably will not enjoy everything Disneyland has to offer unable to meet the height requirements in some of the rides at age 10 was already married and divorced. A child married off by his unemployed father, Ali Mohammed Ahdal, who himself has two wives and 16 children to a man 3 times her senior. Nujood’s family moved to the city of Sana only to find misery and hardship and to “take care” of her daughter arranged the marriage to a pervert errr man or moron (moron is a more likely description) Faez Ali Thamer, a thirty something motorcycle deliveryman from his native province, Hajja.

Nujood Ali is still a child and like any other child loves playing hide-and-seek and tug-of-war with her friends and siblings.

Unable to bear the physical and sexual abuse she asked her parents for help in divorcing her husband but fell on deaf ears. Luckily her aunt secretly gave her fare money to go to the city and thus begun her journey to free herself from the clutches of medieval tribal perverted culture. She knew the consequence of divorce might mean being harmed by her relatives for the “shame” she will bring to their family but not enough to intimidate her to do what is right and just.

Luckily for her Nasser a leading human rights lawyer volunteered to represent her for free and a sympathetic judge heard the case and divorce was granted. Nasser was so outraged at Nujood Ali's plight that she called on the press inspired by her courage. The news spread around the world where donors poured in to help Nujood and probably save her from harm if it did not become a celebrated case.

While Nujood’s father and husband was arrested and jailed initially there is no law in Yemen that penalize what is considered legalized pedophilia in most of the civilized world.

End of story and Nujood Ali can go back to being a child and pursue her dreams of becoming a lawyer but it just does not end there. Something so nasty and revolting ensued since there is no provision in Yemeni law that provides for prosecution on sexual abuse charges within a marriage. the husband and father was free as a bird of prey. To add insult to injury and to further highlight their criminal perversion Thamer demanded $250, the equivalent of four months' salary for a poor Yemeni, to agree to a divorce. Now how sick is that instead of paying for his crimes he gets paid instead and one of the lawyers has to dole out the cash for the “wronged” pervert.

This is from a pervert who lied through his teeth that he was not aware that Nujood was that small, yeah like does he expects a full grown woman at age 10? When he bought 3 dresses did he not notice this was a child and spending $20 for a wedding ring and reception for 40 people surely gave him quite a profit when he demanded $250….. now that is not just disgusting that is a freaking barbaric monstrosity of the feudal tribal medieval past that haunts Yemen society to this day.

Filipino Nurse Jailed for ‘Child’ Sex

The pervert is a Filipino nurse named Oliver Balicao, 34 a father of 2 from Bicester, Oxfordshire originally from the Philippines was sentenced to a 16 month jail term.

The victim a 16 year old girl was rushed to John Radcliffe Hospital on paracetamol overdosed distraught over school bullies was once more violated by a person of trust while in a state of drowsiness and confusion. Now how pathetic and gross is that? Hospitals are supposed to be a refuge for battered and troubled minors and to end up with a pedophile truly is disheartening and troubling.

According to newspaper accounts the teenager was molested by Balicao while she was drowsy lying in bed and then took the girl to the toilet on the pretext of taking her urine sample but ended up having sex with the minor. To quote a BBC report:

Judge Anthony Hall, passing sentence, told Balicao: "This was the grossest possible breach of trust.

"By your actions you have brought a reputable hospital and a reputable profession into disrepute. You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself."

The judge said he was unable to order Balicao's deportation because he became a British citizen in 2006.

He added: "This was a young, vulnerable girl aged 16 who was ill and clearly in considerable mental turmoil who was in hospital so she could be cared for.

"Instead you did exactly the opposite - for reasons that wholly escape me you went with her to the WC and there you had sexual intercourse with her."

For his “defense” Balicao testified that it was “consensual sex”…… say whaaaaat? What in the name of Garcillano (Comelec Comm. in a wiretapped scandal on fraudulent electoral cheating) was that all about! What an unbedolable (Lintang Bedol another Comelec Official in fraudulent electoral scandal in the south) errrr unbelievable stupid perverted defense was that all about anyway, does he think he is in the halls of Injustice of SiRaulO Goonzales? Did he have Jalosjos (Philippine Congressman Romeo Jalosjos convicted of raping an 11 year old girl pardoned by President Gloria Arroyo in what other quarters are saying as a political favor for delivering the votes in the last election) for his role model or no one told him that there is no such thing as consensual sex with a minor. To top it off this pervert did not even show any emotion at his sentencing but says he was ashamed for what he did.... well he should be, geeez.

“Lucky” for him the judge can’t deport him since he has acquired British citizenship but his woes is not over since what he did was tarnish the nursing profession and hopefully get his license revoked. Balicao definitely is not fit to work in a hospital environment where he not only violated its ethics but committed a criminal violation as well, after all hospitals should be free of pedophiles like Balicao..

At Philippine Update Forum one guy was blaming the whole generation of martial law babies for Balicao’s perversion…… how about you what do you think?
