VIP or Philippine Officialdom's Very Insecure Pricks

I found this funny youtube of wang wang (siren) obsessed fooliticians errr politicians or perhaps some influence peddler errr influential people who seems to believe they own the Diosdado Macapagal Highway robbery ooooops I meant highways from Nixon Co at Facebook. I suspect some or most of these wang wang obsessed fools are the same people who shamelessly lend their not so good name to the Con of the Century in their asses errr Constituent Assembly or ConAss.

Watch it and see how ridiculous these very insecure pricks errr people are from the perspective of this funny guy while driving around following a convoy of bullies in their misdirected glory like that Gloria Arroyo who can’t seem to let go of her powerful presidential cheat errr seat.

Beware of VIP Very Insecure Prick Road Bullies

If these people who are suppossedly exemplars of civil behaviour in society acts like they are so special and selfishly flaunt and taunt people of their privilege and position how in the name of cheating president do we expect to see disciplined drivers and pedestrian in the streets and highway robbery of the Philippines?

Romeo Jalosjos the 'Honorable' Pedophile of Congress living in style in Prison

Thanks to Manuel Buencamino for alerting me on Romeo Jalosjos a distinguishable not distinguished mind you will be freed after 13 years of leisurely vacation errr incarceration for raping an 11 year old girl. A testament of the Philippine moral degeneration, sentenced to double life terms has been deemed a “model” prisoner and deserves to be released back to society. As if it makes a difference since he has been living in luxury inside the prison which some quarters are saying this pedophile has been actually living outside of prison cells. So what is the point of releasing him when he has been enjoying what law abiding citizens has been enjoying, freedom of movement?

Where in the world will you find a convicted prisoner driving around the compound of prison grounds in Ford Expedition plays tennis every morning and spend the night in a resort-bar he ordered built as if he is on leisurely vacation at Club Med? The morons’ errr prison officials see this as “good behavior” enough for Gloria Arroyo to commute his 2 life sentences to 16 years which is in effect just a leisurely vacation for this pedophile rapist.

What in the name of cheating errr seating president with Garcified mandates are they thinking anyway, oh wait no I take that back these people are not capable of using their puny brains thus they are confused and irrational. Ahhhh the power of patronage in the land of feudal serfs where rich criminals can buy their way out of the harshness of prison life seen by moronic officials as manna from heaven and therefore "qualities" of model prisoner with good behavior.

Sure the “honorable” pedophile congressman contributed a lot to the prisons but having a resort-bar and roaming the prison grounds on a Ford Exhibition is definitely out of place and these morons should be investigated, no I don’t think that will work but instead sent to a mental institution to be examined if they are sane enough to run a prison. Romeo Jalosjos claims he loves it there and so are his fellow low lives so why release the pedophile rapist? I guess it is okay to release him provided he is confined in Congress where he can rob errr rub elbows with his fellow “honorable” of the criminal kind but please not back to society. The risk and vulnerabilities of little girls getting raped by a predator who may not have been reformed owing to what amounts to his leisurely stay instead of standard incarceration ordinary criminals are subjected to is really disturbing.

Since Romeo Jalosjos is being released based on the review and approval of the NBP Classification Board and an order coming from Justice Secretary SiRAUL O GOONzales for his release makes one really wonder on the wisdom of their decision especially with this report below:
A senior prison official, who did not wish to be named, said Jalosjos had actually been staying in a house outside the prison compound.

"His release was nothing new. He had been freed a long time ago," said the official.

The Inquirer source said Jalosjos bought a house and lot in Katarungan Village, where he has stayed since he became a live-out inmate a few year ago.

“The NBP obviously afforded Jalosjos special treatment. He has violated so many rules of the NBP. His good conduct time allowance should have been canceled,” he said.
Now is it not about time that whenever a clemency, commutation of sentence or pardon for a prisoner is conducted that the victims should be allowed to speak during those hearings? It is not like these officials are society’s exemplary models of integrity and competence that we can rely on them deciding who they release back to society. So it is just proper that the victims’ feelings and opinion should be given weight in decisions that may unduly impact and affect them.

Maybe congress should now consider passing a law where convicted criminals are not allowed to run for public office especially crimes of pedophilia, rape, incest, plunder and other crimes of moral turpitude since they are supposed to be the peoples representatives and not the scumbags representatives. On the other hand maybe it is wishful thinking especially when you see congressman and court judges flocking like birds of the same feather at the Tennis Academy of the Philippines Foundation an upscale club and resort-bar Jalosjo put up near his residence in Alabang. Well wishers perhaps jumping in joy can’t wait to hug their pedophile rapist buddy unmindful of who they associate with truly shows the kind of leadership the Philippines has to offer.

Quezon Representative Lorenzo "Erin'' Tañada III and Palawan Representative Abraham Mitra urge Gloria Arroyo in a separate statement to use her powers to pardon convicts "judiciously and carefully." Tañada's proposition is for Arroyo to list down potential inmates she is seriously considering to pardon or commutation of sentence to allow the victims and their relatives ample time to voice out their concerns and subject such presidential prerogative to public debate. While public debate will help in transparency it will oftentimes be used by grandstanding politicians defeating its purpose. I say enact a law that will require a public hearing where the victims and their relatives are allowed to voice out their concern before it goes to the president.

Patronage indeed thrive in a society mired in poverty, enough to cloud people’s judgment and morals compromised unable to see that the intent of the "generous" giver as nothing but insidious corruption of the people and the system. A ploy of the powerful criminals of the ruling elite lording over a society kept poor while they indulge in blatant deviant criminal activities and we wonder why we are in the muck...........

‘Right of Reply’ Bill, a Boon for Scalawags

What are they thinking or are they even thinking? They have outdone themselves once again I supposed in their circus freak side show errr legislative prerogatives at the house of congress in once again trying to pass off “rights” that is more of a joke than anything else.

Here we go again on the fixation to present the other side when professional journalist normally exerts reasonable effort in verifying the veracity and accuracy of their news item through reliable sources. People buy liepapers errr newspapers to read actual news period. It is still a business whose success is dependent on who gets the biggest chunk of the market and advertisers. I don’t know about the sponsors of the bill (Sen. Aquilino Pimentel et al and his congress counterpart Rep.
Monico Puentevella and his kuligs errr colleagues) what’s got into them but as far as this Political Jaywalker is concerned I want to read events as it unfold without bias or prejudice.

It is bad enough that there are newspapers passing themselves off as news when it was basically a propaganda material or worse ATM inspired expose’ that readers have to dig deeper to get the real score. Who wants to read liepapers full of crap that are basically prepared statements from mostly scalawags distorting the event in their own slanted point of view anyway? The problem is not about the aggrieved parties or entities that are the subject of unjust and biased reporting but paid hacks of the ATM Journalist kind dissing out lies and propaganda passing it off as legitimate news. The problem is you have kotonglist errr callousness ooops columnist in the payroll of politicians mostly those in power taking advantage of their positions paying these mouthpiece scalawags at the expense of the tax paying public through government owned corporations or agencies posing as independent kuno opinion writers.

Bloggers like Patricio Mangubat is worried that should the Ridiculous Right to Reply Bill pass many of his friends in the media risk losing their job simply for lack of same space to be allocated in including the “rights” of subject of the anomalies to respond.

Manuel Buencamino of Uniffors is frustrated as if libel laws were not enough is proposing that should our learned fooliticians errr politicians insist on passing off errr passing the bill then they should include “duty to reply,” which is reasonable if indeed this is all about fairness so that all sides are presented. A quote from Manuel Buencamino’s proposal:

“Sec. 1(a) DUTY TO REPLY - Any government official elected or appointed or any person who benefits from taxes collected from the public who are accused directly or indirectly of committing or having committed or of intending to commit any crime or offense defined by law or are criticized by innuendo, suggestion or rumor for any lapse in behavior in public or private life shall have the DUTY TO REPLY to the charges published or printed in newspapers, magazines, newsletters or publications circulated commercially or for free, or to criticisms aired or broadcast over radio, television, websites, or through any electronic device.”

Here’s the kind of report in “any lapse in bahavior in public or private life” I want to see the bill’s sponsors reply to:

No Pontius Pilate

An unimpeachable source informed this reporter that (Puentevella or Pimentel), as the case may be, was having a private lunch at a five star hotel in Makati. According to the source, who talked on condition of anonymity, the politician stood up from his table and went to the men’s room. The source followed him. He saw the pol enter the crapper. He heard crapping noises and the toilet flush but he didn’t hear the rustling of toilet paper. The pol, he said, left the mens room without even a glance at the washbasin. The pol then went straight to his table and dipped his unwashed hands in a plate of crabs served family style.

“Why are politicians so casual about their dirty hands?” asked the source.

Dean Jorge Bocobo at Philippine Commentary posted the proposed legislation from the Senate website on the duty to reply agrees with Atty. Alan Paguia that the bill as far as the public officials are concerned weakens instead of strengthen public accountability. Of course anything to weasel themselves out of public accountability is good for scalawags and no matter how the sponsors tries to delude themselves of their noble intentions we always end up with the opposite outcome.

Our neighborhood daily source of news errr I meant rumor and gossip the walking tsismosa (gossip monger) is alarmed and concerned who asked me if she was covered by Pimentel’s bill which she miraculously read, to quote:

But he said the sad fact is that no press organization - neither the KBP nor the PPI - has jurisdiction over the thousands of so-called independent media practitioners all over the land.
She thinks she is covered by the law and that now whenever she spreads the gossip about our two-timing neighbors having a tryst with their lovers she was concerned that she will now be forced to get her neighbors and their lovers side of the story telling a lie. Not a good situation I guess to confront the subject of her gossip but I assured her that no she is not covered because she is not with madaya errr media but plain neighborhood gossip monger who has so much time in her hands thus she tends to poke her wagging tongue on other peoples lives, lol. I warned her though that she should stop spitting in public as she keeps on confusing freedom to spit for freedom of speech.

Seriously, this is something that should concern us all especially when the state of the fourth estate is in shambles where ATM journalism abound. On the other hand Senators Aquilino Pimentel Jr., Joker Arroyo, Juan Miguel Zubiri, Edgardo Angara, Richard Gordon, Gregorio Honasan, and Panfilo “Ping” Lacson want Congress to go ahead with the passage of the bill despite apprehensions that this would curtail press freedom in the country, at least we now know where their priorities are.

It seems the intent is “noble” but I think the bigger problem here is not about fairness but the slant and lies in liepapers errr newspaper due to the practitioners of ATM Journalism. This bill is more of a boon to scalawags now that they have the “right” or even a license to come up with prepared statement that is not necessarily factual since criminals are not dumb to incriminate themselves in writing or yap in broadcast media. Will it hurt ATM Journalism practitioners or will it become a more profitable business? I say it will be more lucrative as they will be in demand from scalawags who now has been given a license to bombard hapless liepaper readers and those who listen and watch radio and television broadcast more lies and half-truths.

Neal Cruz in his column the 'Right of reply' law no longer necessary, is a good read, so is the Statement of the Center for Media Freedom and Responsibility on the Right of Reply Bill, Should There be a Law on the Right of Reply? by Gary Mariano, or read the Senate Bill No. 1178 - Right to Reply in the Field of Broadcast and Print Media, and if all else fail they should just follow the suggestion of Rep. Pablo John Garcia and be a blogger instead of passing bills.

Committee Aproval of Nograles Resolution Signals Start of Chacha War: Malacañang no chacha assurance only intended to lull people into complacency

(Press Release from the NATIONAL UNION OF PEOPLES LAWYERS IN THE PHILIPPINES)

With the Committee on Constitutional Amendments' approval of the Nograles Resolution to amend the Constitution, the cha-cha war has been declared.

The National Union of Peoples' Lawyers strongly condemns the sudden approval of Resolution 737 filed by Speaker Prospero Nograles yesterday without the benefit of public hearings to hear those opposed to the proposal. Other than eliminating protectionist provisions in the Constitution, the Nograles Resolution now paves the way for the insertion of amendments that will allow Pres. Gloria Arroyo to run in the 2010 elections. Pronouncements by presidential allies that charter change is dead is nothing more than a scheme to encourage complacency among the people. Malacañang is very confident it will hurdle the four Legal Nodal Points along the path of a successful amendment to the Constitution to extend Pres. Arroyo's reign. The hundreds of millions of taxpayers money that Comelec will spend in the plebiscite this year and the billions that will be spent for the 2010 election that will be paid for by the impoverished Filipino people reeling under the current economic crisis is condemnable especially since it will be spent for the benefit of one person and transnational corporations. NUPL calls on Speaker Nograles to withdraw his chacha resolution as it will only worsen the economic crisis in the country and increase poverty among the people.

Railroading Cha cha

Resolution 737 which will constitutionally allow aliens and 100% foreign owned corporations to buy our lands and exploit our natural resources was only publicly heard last week when resource persons led by Mr. Gerardo Sicat and Alex Magno were invited to express support for Resolution 737. It was approved despite demands that the committee also invite those against opening the country to aliens. The Committee's vote against Resolution 888 urging Congress not to tackle charter change before 2010 shows the single minded intent of pro chacha forces to railroad amendments to the Constitution.

Eliminating constitutional provisions restricting foreign ownership of lands and participation in the exploitation of our natural resources will only lead to foreigners exercising more economic and political control of the country. The price of land will certainly shoot up beyond the reach of ordinary Filipinos once Japanese or other interested foreigners begin buying our land. Under the Art. XII, Sec. 7 of the 1987 Constitution, only Filipinos and Filipino owned corporations can own private lands, utilize our natural resources and operate public utilities. Resolution 737 grants aliens the right to own lands in the Philippines—virtually creating a situation where foreigners own vast tracts of land while millions of Filipinos remain landless. It also allows them decisive control over our economy by allowing them to exploit our natural resources. While Congress refuses to pass a genuine land reform law granting Filipinos a land to till, it readily supports efforts to give land to foreigners. Speaker Nograles and his co-authors are urged to immediately withdraw Resolution 737 as this would only increase poverty in the country.

The rush to approve Resolution 737 becomes more questionable since even Mr. Gerardo Sicat testified that due to the international economic crisis, benefits from further opening up the country to foreign investments will not happen in the near future. The sudden approval only confirms NUPL's belief that another important but hidden agenda geared towards the elimination of the constitutional provision prohibiting Pres. Arroyo from running in the 2010 elections is being readied before election fever sets in.

Pres. Arroyo is obsessed by the possibility that she will lose her immunity by July 1, 2010 and many criminal cases will be filed against her after her term. Considering the strong evidence against her and the difficulty of covering up her crimes once she is no longer president, President Arroyo is surely afraid that she will be the second president convicted for corruption, electoral fraud or human rights violation. There is therefore no recourse for Pres. Arroyo but to simply have the sentence "The President shall not be eligible for any reelection" in Section 4, Article VII of the Constitution deleted. This will entitle her to run in 2010 armed more resources and power than she had in 2004.

Allowing Pres. Arroyo to run for reelection: Hurdling the Four Legal Nodal Points

Resolution 737 will now be tackled in the plenary and therefore subject to amendments by just a mere majority vote and the insertion of a provision allowing Pres. Arroyo to run for reelection. This was admitted by Rep. Victor Ortega himself, the chairman of the Committee that rushed the approval of Resolution 737 during a committee meeting when he was asked if Resolution 737 may be amended in the plenary:

A majority vote of the Committee Members may amend the Resolution in the Committee level and in the same manner, a majority vote of all House Members may amend the Resolution in the plenary (Chairman Victor Ortega, Minutes of the 19th Meeting of the Committee on Constitutional Amendments, December 9, 2008).

Assurances that Congress as a Constituent Assembly will not insert term extensions is without any value not only because of the lack of credibility by members of Congress but also because the Constituent Assembly cannot indeed be bound by assurances from Congress much less from individual congressmen. It is a powerful body distinct from Congress tasked, not to amend laws, but to propose amendments to the Constitution.

Pres. Arroyo is confident that she will get a favorable decision in the four legal nodal points along the road to constitutional change namely the Congress, the Comelec, the Supreme Court and the plebiscite. Should Congress, with the presence of one or two senators, vote "jointly" and approve the charter change resolution by ¾ vote it can then order the Comelec to schedule a plebiscite immediately "after 60 days from such approval" as provided under Section 4, Article XVII of the Constitution. Malacanang is also confident that the Supreme Court will favor charter change and order the Comelec to push through with the plebiscite should anyone hale the Comelec to the Supreme Court. Because there have been no substantial electoral reforms and pro cha cha forces have all the resources and power at their disposal, it is highly likely that the amendment will be approved despite strong opposition.

The NUPL asserts that any proposal to amend the Constitution must be by both Houses of Congress voting separately, even if the Constitution which states under Article XVII (1) that any amendments or revision to the Constitution "may be proposed by The Congress, upon a vote of three-fourths of all its Members", did not expressly provide for separate voting.

The term "Congress" has always been taken to refer to both the House and the Senate voting separately because Congress is bicameral in nature, according to the Constitution itself. A similar provision for example is found in Article VII, Section 19 which also states that the President "shall have the power to grant amnesty with the concurrence of a majority of all the members of the Congress". This provision did not also specify whether voting is joint or separate. The practice of the Congress, however, in all amnesty proclamations including that promulgated by Pres. Arroyo has always been that concurrence by both Houses voting separately. Congress cannot now claim that because the Constitution is silent it is presumed to ordain joint voting of both Houses when it has previously interpreted an exactly similar provision on amnesty as separate voting.

The belated misinterpretation by presidential allies in Congress only exposes their plan to boldly and swiftly push charter change and run over any opposition. The NUPL warns that this "transactional" interpretation of the Constitution will merit the strongest response from the people who will not allow the extension of Pres. Arroyo's reign.

The chacha war has began and the people must use all its power to ensure that the second longest reigning President after Marcos, will not be allowed to amend the Constitution to perpetuate herself in power and further expand alien control over the country.

By calling yourselves the 'people's lawyer,' you have made a remarkable choice. You decided not to remain in the sidelines. Where human rights are assaulted, you have chosen to sacrifice the comfort of the fence for the dangers of the battlefield. But only those who choose to fight on the battlefield live beyond irrelevance." Supreme Court Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno, in his message to the NUPL Founding Congress,Sept. 15, 2007

Bambee De La Paz, Nasser Pangandaman, Valley Golf & Outraged Bloggers Collide

The mind boggling scandals after scandals that rocks the Philippines with regularity is turning out to be the norm rather than an aberration may have turned some people numbed and their sense of propriety skewed. In the words of Chief Justice Reynato Puno on the move to oust him the problem is not just skewered propriety but moral degeneration:

It is very obvious that the main problem of the country is moral decadence. This is the root cause of the density of power, corruption problem.

You look at it more deeply. You look at it from its various dimensions. That's why … it's time for the moral forces of the country to manifest themselves. They should cease to be an invisible force. They should play a dominant role in redirecting the destiny of our people.

I say amen to that but heck this is the Philippines so we expect to see a high ranking public official Cabinet member Nasser Pangandaman the father, his namesake Jr., and Hussein the sons together with their armed bodyguards in the company of an allege jueteng bagman prominently figures in a “brawl.” A "brawl" which is more of mauling of a 56 years old father Delfin De La Paz and his 14 years old son Bino a promising junior golfer in front of Delfin’s 18 year old daughter Bambee a golf scholar in a University in the US and some people wanted to hear the other side. So when Bambee De La Paz, Nasser Pangandaman, Valley Golf, and bloggers collide it makes one interesting array of GOOFBall brawl that reverberates so loud enough hopefully to bring about an honest to goodness examination of how this nation can move forward to get us out of the aberration.
Nasser PangandamanYup and a week later they heard the “other side” and they took it hook, line, and sinker rationalizing the position of the poor “victims” no not those who were beaten up but the Pangandamans who clearly beat up the “umbrella poking” Delfin, “driver swinging” Bino, “scratching” Bambee, with resbak errrr “knife wielding” mother and elder son ready to swing his “baseball bat” at the peace loving Pangandamans with long firearm carrying bodyguards.

The Philippines is a civilized society unfortunately there are people who think otherwise and see nothing wrong with defenseless citizens getting mauled by public officials with bodyguards because they convinced themselves that it was the victims that are the aggressors. Is it about the benefits of siding with politicians especially the warlord type for health and longevity reasons, or we are just so fucked up due to our subservient feudal nature that we don’t see the obvious? It was obvious that the Pangandamans side of the story defies logic although it never surprise us anymore when lying has been elevated into an art form by politicians. So prevalent that lying defines Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s administration and we can cite them here but it gets boring because of the volume.

Something tells me that when one is a stickler for rules they are seen as jerks and he got his comeuppance for calling the attention of the gods of wrath errr the high and mighty coming from a feudal place, anyone who dares speak up to the feudal lords is asking for it. Is it because breaking the rules is the norm just like what I hear some people say when someone points out that skirting or going around the rules is wrong one becomes the target of nasty snide of a remark…. yabang naman akala mo hindi siya Filipino (bah, humbug as if he is not a Filipino).

There is even this liepaper in their editorial that chided Delfin De La Paz for not being that “impeccable” but exactly what it is, they never offered anything concrete to prove their point. One thing is clear was that Delfin De La Paz pointed out to the Pangandamans they violated golf etiquette and for that they suffered the consequence of standing up against the mighty and powerful. Sadly, people think that they deserve to get beaten up, geeez are we fucked up or what?

As if getting beat up by the high and mighty is not enough Valley Golf and Country Club handed out their warped verdict by expelling (note: if justice is dispensed to the highest bidder, what more with VGCC amateur wanna be "probe body?") the De La Paz for life while they only suspended the Pangandamans……. Hmmmmmmnnn, I wonder why? Is it because Bambee in her blog was critical of the country club and to avoid civil liability declared the De La Paz as the culprit and not the victim to wash their hands of any moral obligation, monetary, and civil responsibility?

Angela thinks it is foolishness, while I disagree with her position she is entitled to her opinion and this is what makes the blogosphere interesting. So interesting that I feel like one of those 2 faith healers in Quiapo during the feast of the black Nazarene I saw on TV Patrol disparaging each other on who is "holier than thou," to quote Angela:
now that the blogosphere’s kneejerk rush to judgement in reaction to bambee de la paz’s campaign for justice has been proven rash foolish unwise, many bloggers left twisting in the wind are making the best of a sorry situation, some by admitting outright that it was a mistake, some by posting the pangandaman side, some by utter silence so far, and some by editing their blogs perhaps to avoid libel suits.
I just don’t know about the foolishness of the bloggers but any right thinking citizen in a civilized society will of course react to seeing their public officials getting into a brawl and one belonging to a presidents’ cabinet appointed as a peacemaker at that in the Mindanao conflict tells a lot about what kind of people are ruining errr running the government. I just don't know why some people seem to think that they can act like the self-appointed blogger issue priority police that we should all be blogging based on tackling issues they deem for us as more pressing or important. Heck, good luck on that one and if they have not realized that the world does not revolve around them, then on with their delusions, lol. Or is this all about bringing attention to themselves?

The Unlawyer posted a very interesting link on defamation. Although this may not apply in the Philippine courts on the possible outcome of the bidding errr decision with regards to Nasser Pangandaman, Jr. filling a libel case against Bambee De La Paz in his hometown looks silly and dumb based on this one below:
Even more recently, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit held that Columbia University and a Harvard professor who made an allegedly defamatory posting on a Columbia-maintained Web-based bulletin board, could not be sued in Texas by an FBI agent who resides there. The article was about the Reagan administration’s alleged complicity in the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. The court found that the article did not "'manifest an intent to target and focus on'" Texas residents and therefore could not support personal jurisdiction over the defendants in Texas. The opinion can be found at Revell v. Lidov, 317 F3d 467, 475 (5th Cir 2002) (citation and emphasis omitted).

The keyword is intent to target and focus, so Masiu one of the poorest towns in Lanao Del Sur if not the poorest in the whole Philippines was definitely not the intended audience of Bambee’s blog yet they choose to file it in their hometown which is clearly to harass, intimidate, leverage, and hopefully just to inconvenience their adversary. Unfortunately in that part of the Philippines, inconvenience takes on a different meaning and oftentimes deemed deadly. Assuming it was the intent of Bambee to maligned Nasser Pangadaman, Jr. the big question is how many among the 26,000 inhabitants of Masiu has internet access or do they even have internet in that town to nowhere where some barangays have more constituent than this small town Masiu.

Indeed this is turning to be a joke unfortunately the joke is on us and yet we fail to grasp the implications of the barbarity shown by gorillas cavorting in the green to borrow Doronillas term. Myrna H. Buendia recruited me to the Facebook Animal Rights cause which is very timely, reminding me of how unfair Armando Doronilla of Inquirer with animals, to quote:
The ugly face of warlord culture returned with a vengeance in the supposedly civilized ambience of golf fairways where gorillas are not expected to be seen cavorting on the manicured green.
I say it is unfair of Mr. Doronilla, no not to the Pangandamans but to the gorillas being portrayed like the brawling Pangandamans that brings me to this post by Paul Farol another Facebook buddy of mine:
In any case, Mayor Nasser and Delfin Dela Paz are both welcome to play jolens in my back yard. I'll even have Secretary Neri and former Comelec Chairman Abalos serve chinese ham-boor-jers a.k.a. thick slices of Ma-Ling between cuts of silver bread rolls.
Jolens is Filipino for game of marbles played by kids except there seems to be a problem with Paul’s invitation, I believe the players’ loss their marbles so to speak thus it may not push through…… and hopefully the rest of the nation still have their marbles intact.

The Philippine nation seems to have more losers than winners. When one comes along like Manny Pacquiao, bringing home victories carries along with it Filipino pride and to some extent hailed as a hero. Perhaps due to a dearth of people worthy of emulation especially when you have leaders so despised and scandal prone that they are in effect seen as losers. Here we have a promising junior golfer and what do politicians do but beat the crap out of them that eventually may hamper their goal to excel while some losers disparaged the kid for crying as not manly.... hellooo the boy is a kid, it makes me wonder how they would react if they were in the same situation. But then again this is the land of cheats where subservience and seeing the side of warlords is more beneficial to ones pursuit for life longevity without looking for the proverbial fountain of youth and reacting against the barbarity is seen by some as foolish.

The irony of the GOOFBall errr golfing brawl is that some people seems to be critical with bloggers "kneejerk" reaction for the collective outrage and not have a problem rationalizing their feudal lords errr politicians. In contrast a Kansas man is basically in legal hot waters in Laguna Beach, California even though the bitch er beach in that part are ice cold for swatting to death a rare Heermann gull that "attacked" him knocking the man's ice cream to the ground in the process. Dragan Djuric, 50 is facing animal cruelty charges but in the Philippines politicians have the nerve to sue for libel and other frivolous court case because the injustice system in the Philippines is one of a kind. So go figure, even the sea gulls have rights and the government in the US will waste no time bringing the offender to court unlike in the land of cheats where the birds and even the bees are so usefull in terms of election votes that are counted, the buck stops there when it comes to the judicial system. Victims are on their own to pursue justice thus out of court is resorted to by both parties since persecution errr prosecution are in the able hands of the fixcals errr fiscals who owes their position via the political patronage system. Rodel Rodis has an apt take on this:
Stop blaming the victims. The world isn’t fair, bad things happen to good people and it isn’t psychologically safe to live in the state of denial.
So to those who whines and complains about this issue on the midget errr middle class making so much raucus while being insensitive to the plight of poor human rights victims should know better that impunity in the Philippines has gone awry and no one is really safe anymore...... The only recourse is to find a common cause and be one with all the victims of injustice because class origin is not a factor when it comes to power drunk abusive politicians.

Bully Foolitician Nasser Pangandaman, Jr.

Shame on Junior Nasser and his gang of bodyguards the son of Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Nasser Pangandaman for beating up 14 year old Bino and his 56 years old father Delfin De La Paz. Hoodlum Nasser Pangandaman No wonder this cabinet secretary of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is hardly noticed , he is a no action guy even if he witness a crime committed by his son and their hoodlum bodyguards will not prevent such shameless act of impunity.

Hudas errr who does he think he is when Nasser dayunyor errr junior in a high and mighty tough guy stance asked the victims “hindi mo ba ako kilala?” (Don’t you know me?). Nasser Jr., ought to know how to conduct himself in public being a town mayor of Masiu, Lanao Del Sur together with his uncouth companions namely Paysal Abdulaa, Mohammed Hussein, Abdan Pacasuna, Rene Maglaque, and Arnel Astacio shamelessly beating up the victims. We sure know you now Nasser Pangandaman, Jr. you are one individual so drunk with power that the little mass up your coconut we mistook for a brain fell right down your fist, ooooh what a scary monster you are.

De La Paz thinking that politicians are decent people complained to the marshal when the hoodlums errr Nasser Pangandaman and his gang errr companions broke golf etiquette by playing out of turn and overtaking the De la Paz family.
Nasser on the right
Well, politicians in the Philippines are never decent and people should treat them like a plague and never ever go near where they are especially when they are with armed bodyguards. These fools not content with beating up a helpless 14 year old and his 56 year old father while their daughter Bambee witnessed the traumatic crime attacked the victims for the second time while they retreated to the clubhouse for medical attention. Two of Nasser junior’s hoodlum bodyguards even drew their guns on defenseless unarmed father and son with their daughter is truly the height of uncivilized demeanor. Top that with Nasser Senior witnessing both incidents and did nothing tell you what kind of people Gloria Macapagal Arroyo surrounds herself…….. Birds of the same feather flock together really apply here.

Bow your head in shame you fools but then again these are shameless dense people and they are probably celebrating their imaginary superiority based on crude brusqueness common with pea brained maniacs......... These kind of abusive people don't deserve to be on the corridor of power, they should be booted out of office as they are so dense to even contemplate resigning. It makes me wonder had they been at the same golf course where the Arroyo's was playing golf with their ZTEaling errr ZTE-NBN buddies would they have done the same....... read the report by Beverly T. Natividad at Inquirer or read Bambee De La Paz tells her ordeal in her blog which I quote:
He attacks my father. His flightmates, maybe 2 or 3 of them, rush to his aid and beat up my father. My 56-year-old father. My younger brother and I could not just watch. We rushed to break the fight. My younger brother pleads to the mayor to please stop it. To not hurt my dad. To just stop. His words still ring through my head..."Sorry na po, sorry na po...tama na...tama na po..." With his hands in front of his chest in a praying position. PLEADING. The mayor socks him in the face. My brother defended himself. My dad is still on the ground getting clobbered. My brother is the same way. I try to stop the fight, but all I can do is stop one person. There were 4 or 5 of them attacking now.

Someone breaks up the fight. I thought it was all over. The mayor shouts to his caddy: "Hindi nila kami kilala! Sabihin mo nga sa kanila kung sino ako!" And believe me, I had no idea who this person was. But now I know. He's the person who, with 4 other men, beat up my 56-year-old father and my 14-year-old brother. He's the person who sacks a pleading 14-year-old kid in the face. He's a person who, I am sure, is gonna rot in hell.

I lash out, but my dad held me back. I was screaming my lungs out, shouting to this mayor, telling him about what he had done. I said: "Nakakahiya kayo. Singkwenta'y sais anyos ang tatay ko. And kapatid ko kakatorse anyos. Anong ilalaban nila sayo?"

The mayor looks at my brother, point to his face, and says, "Tatandaan kita!" And he tells me that my brother has a bad attitude and that I need to watch him. WHAT THE HELL?! So, my brother's bad for defending his father?!

What a moron this Nasser Pangandaman, Jr., is......... I can only hope that he encounters someone as stupid yet "powerful" as he is and as violent then maybe he gets beat up next time around.......... Furthermore let me express my apologies to all the Gorillas out there who may have been offended by the image that may resemble them to this thug that gives them a bad rap........ they are definitely a better ape than some fooliticians. Is it possible that Nasser Senior and the wife have a parenting problem? They obviously have issues and when Nasser senior sees his son beating the crap out of people, typical responsible parents will of course step in to stop their son's uncivilized behavior.... Hmmmmnnn this makes me wonder if Nasser senior is afraid of his son and Gloria thinks of him as a peacemaker in Mindanao? If he can not handle his own son what more with the Mindanao conflict? Nasser Pangandaman Jr. and Sr. should be fired from their post (DAR for Nasser Sr. and Mayor for Jr.) or any other government post they hold as they are a danger to themselves and others......... Proceed to Mayor Nasser Pangandaman, Jr. GOOFBall Bully of Philippine Golf for stress relief while improving your golfing driving skills or play The game that puts the ASS in Mayor Nasser Pangandaman.
