Michelle Bachmann’s Outrageous Anti-American Rhetoric

When Michelle Bachmann blames the poor and the minorities as the scourge of the sub-prime meltdown she almost got away with it. This time around Michelle Bachmann went too far in her McCarthy-esque diatribe against Barack Obama whom she portrays as harboring “anti-American views” in her appearance at MSNBC with Chris Matthews. As if on a roll with her divisive attacks went further by calling on the media to investigate to see which lawmakers in Washington are “anti-American,” to quote:

I wish the American media would take a great look at the views of the people in Congress and find out: Are they pro-America or anti-America? I think people would love to see an exposé like that.

The backlash is almost immediate with the blogosphere posting her outrageously Jerry Springer type show rant that is costing her big time....... Her reelection bid in peril and US$1.3Million going to Elwyn Tinklenberg to be exact from outraged Americans who wants to see the Minnesota Congresswoman unseated in the Minnesota congressional sixth district. This is exactly what makes America great people react by putting their money where their mouth is and not allow the resurrection of McCartyism in this day and age. After all this is the new millenium and not the 50's so why go back there when we are on a breakthrough in this historic election.

Funny thing is she tries to weasel her way out of the predicament she got herself in with this KARE 11 Report: "Bachmann says she was trapped, words twisted" at Dump Bachmann Blog.

Have you seen her? Elwyn Tinklenberg the most likely candidate to unseat Jane McCarthy errr Michelle Bachmann is asking in his website and if it is up to those enraged people they would rather not see her in congress. Well, Tinklenberg camp I am sure are so ecstatic at this development that they cannot believe the windfall of support coming their way and thanks to Michelle Bachmann who did all the campaigning for them in her self-destructive way.
