Victoria Osteen Sued over loss of faith and cause of Hemorrhoids

Victoria Osteen the wife of mega preacher televangelist Joel Osteen who is also a co-pastor of the Lakewood Church is accused of assaulting a Continental Airlines flight attendant Sharon Brown claiming she loss her faith due to the incident and is suffering from anxiety and hemorrhoids in the process.

Now, I don’t know how one allegedly getting elbowed on the breast can suffer all the way down with hemorrhoid but who knows how this will play out in court. If Sharon Brown wins the case and able to prove the connection to her ass errr hemorrhoid problem, a precedent is in the making. Oh, and if Sharon Brown wins the case there is a potential windfall to the tune of 10% of Victoria Osteen’s net worth for punitive damages.

Maybe, I can also sue Mike Velarde’s son Rene Velarde of El Shaddai, party list tongress representative not for assault though as I have never had the opportunity to be physically near their presence and definitely not for loss of faith either as I never have any when it comes to their preaching. So what you may ask should I sue them for? Let’s say I suffered from excessive throwing up close to diarrhea once I learned how this nut job wanted his family given diplomatic VIP protocol assistance on a private trip. Not a bad idea to get 10% of El Shaddai’s son’s net worth what with the pork barrel to the tune of millions of appreciated and also depreciated pesos.

Going back to the CNN article which you can also view in this video, the arguments to be presented in court on the allege incident is something to watch, to quote:

According to an FAA report, Victoria Osteen pushed and elbowed Brown in an attempt to get to the plane's cockpit after two other attendants had not cleaned a liquid on her armrest.

Brown's suit says the flight attendants asked to have Victoria Osteen removed from the plane. Victoria Osteen's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, says his client and her family left voluntarily. The incident delayed the flight about 2½ hours.

Hardin asked that the FAA report's findings not be allowed in the trial, saying the agency's investigation was incomplete. State District Judge Patricia Hancock said she would make a decision later.

Brown had previously said she was attacked in another incident by an airport employee, according to a deposition she gave in the case.

Osteen lives a much different life.

He has not taken a salary from his Houston megachurch for two years. He owns one house -- the same one he and his wife, Victoria, have lived in for 13 years -- and until recently he drove a 9-year-old car he inherited from his late father.

Osteen pays his own hotel bills, and there is no private jet. Although the upbeat minister does take collections at services, netting an estimated $43 million a year, Osteen does not ask for money on his broadcasts, which reach an estimated 7 million viewers weekly in the U.S. and 100 other countries.

Nonetheless, an additional $30 million comes through the mail. His most recent book deal earned him a $13 million advance.

"We make plenty of money from our books," said Osteen, 44. "But we just live normal lives. We try to be conservative and honor God with our life and with our example."

I just don’t know how Rene Velarde’s dad Mike of El Shaddai is doing in terms of earnings and lifestyle, but one thing for sure the Velarde’s penchant for diplomatic VIP protocol treatment is obviously a penny pinching lifestyle at the expense of the taxpaying public.

Jurors reject Sharon Brown’s case and so goes what could have been the most expensive Preparation H to be shelled out by Victoria Osteen in the hemorrhoids errrr assault complaint.
