Melvin Melgazo's H2O Purifier

If the water purifier invented by Melvin Melgazo is rejected and deemed not good enough by the Philippine government, why is it accepted and working really well in Thailand for almost four (4) years now?

Perhaps Thailand has lower standards but if that is true where is the superior purifier being used in the Philippines?

This is quite disappointing to quote Cheryl Daytec on her FaceBook status:
South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India and other countries used technology developed by Filipinos to move forward. The Philippines? It keeps rejecting its own. The military needs more budget than science and technology.

Even Cambodia is about to leave us behind. Tsk, tsk.
